Juice Fasting and Yoga Retreat, Devarya Wellness, Goa, India

Escape winter next year with our annual Juice Fasting and Yoga retreat in Goa, India. After many years of running retreats in Goa, we feel we have finally found the perfect venue, Devarya Wellness on the beautiful Morjim Beach. Devarya, which translates into Divine Belief in Sanskrit, is located in the heart of a serene seaside town in Goa. Spanning 7,000 square metres, this brand new green retreat located directly on Morjim Beach, is a peaceful sanctuary for those seeking a great winter escape from a busy, urban existence. It has two swimming pools, one of which uses a salt water system. Our juice fast in Goa has the addition of fresh coconuts as well as the regular juices and broth that we serve and you will leave feeling refreshed and renewed, with a new desire for leading a healthy lifestyle.

Juice Fasting and Yoga Retreat, Littleton Mill, Wiltshire, UK
(29 March - 2 April 2018)

Littleton Mill is a 17th-century water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook in the lovely Wiltshire countryside. Join us for yoga, nutrition classes, great massages and a lot more! This retreat is a slightly shorter version of our regular juice fasting retreat but you will still get loads of benefit with this cleansing diet of fresh organic juices, veggie soups and green drinks. Spring is also a great time of year to detoxify the body and soul. Twice daily yoga classes are part of the program and we will have a team of professional massage therapists on hand to give a variety of treatments.

Littleton Mill is a 17th-century Wiltshire water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook. Join us for yoga, healthy eating and nutrition classes, great massages and a lot more! In this retreat you will take part in cooking classes that will help you to become more creative in the kitchen. You will learn how to put together meals that will be healthy, satisfying and fun to make. You will learn about macro-nutrient balance, times of the day for optimal digestion and assimilation, how stress affects digestion and why it's important to relax while eating. You will learn about common allergens in foods and how to easily avoid them as well as effective ways of balancing blood sugar. Daily yoga classes (and two on Saturday!) will also be part of the program. We will have a team of professional massage therapists on hand to give a variety of treatments.

(18-25 June 2018)

This peaceful, seaside location provides the perfect escape for relaxing and rejuvenating your body, mind and soul. You can spend time exploring the local area, swimming in the clear calm waters of the Mediterranean and indulging in massage, yoga and meditation. Yuva Retreat Centre is located directly on the coast, within a few minutes walk of the most divine turquoise seas and swimming spots. It is set away from busy towns and resorts and is cooled by the shade of olive and pine trees. All of the rooms and cabins, including the yoga studio afford magnificent views of the water. On this retreat guests will also have the option of following a healthy eating plan instead of a fasting diet. The menu will be gluten free and dairy free and guests will still have the option of taking part in the daily yoga and nutrition classes.
