Littleton Mill is a 17th-century Wiltshire water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook. Join us for yoga, healthy eating and nutrition classes, great massages and a lot more! In this retreat you will take part in cooking classes that will help you to become more creative in the kitchen. You will learn how to put together meals that will be healthy, satisfying and fun to make. You will learn about macro-nutrient balance, times of the day for optimal digestion and assimilation, how stress affects digestion and why it's important to relax while eating. You will learn about common allergens in foods and how to easily avoid them as well as effective ways of balancing blood sugar. Daily yoga classes (and two on Saturday!) will also be part of the program. We will have a team of professional massage therapists on hand to give a variety of treatments.

Healthy Eating and Juice Fasting Retreat, Ibiza, Spain
(22-29 November 2018)

We are incredibly excited to be offering our first retreat on the beautiful island of Ibiza, one of the Balearic islands on the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Spain. This retreat will take place at a beautifully restored farmhouse set amongst the inlands of the island with a working biodynamic farm. The farm is set on 10 hectares of secluded farmland featuring 20 tiered acres of pine and citrus forests as well as fertile gardens for the cultivation of organic fruits and vegetables. The retreat will incorporate 4 days of healthy eating with 3 days of juice fasting. On the healthy eating days, the menu will be gluten, dairy and sugar free as well as fully plant based. Twice daily yoga classes and daily nutrition classes will also be part of the program. We will have a team of professional massage therapists on hand to give a variety of treatments. You will leave feeling clean and healthy as well as motivated and inspired to carry on with healthy habits upon your return home.

Juice Fasting and Yoga Retreat, Mandrem, Goa, India
(2-9 February 2019)

We love getting away to Goa every winter to escape the cold and grey of the north. From December to April Goa is blessed with plenty of sunshine and warm dry temperatures, but it’s never super humid as in many other parts of Asia. This year we are pleased to be running our annual retreat at AuraSpa, a newly built retreat centre located less than 1 km from the beautiful Mandrem Beach. Aura is a luxury boutique retreat nestled in an ascending forest landscape with untouched natural habitat. It has a very large swimming pool, beautiful spacious rooms as well as lovely therapy rooms for you to spoil yourself with massages and treatments. You will leave feeling lighter and brighter as well as motivated and inspired to carry on with healthy eating habits upon your return home.

Join us for yoga, nutrition classes, great massages and a lot more! This retreat is a slightly shorter version of our regular juice fasting retreat but you will still get loads of benefit with this cleansing diet of fresh organic juices, veggie soups and green drinks. Spring is also a great time of year to detoxify the body and soul. Twice daily yoga classes are part of the program and we will have a team of professional massage therapists on hand to give a variety of treatments.

Yuva Retreat Centre is located directly on the coast, within a few minutes walk of the most divine turquoise seas and swimming spots. It is set away from busy towns and resorts and is cooled by the shade of olive and pine trees. All of the rooms and cabins, including the yoga studio afford magnificent views of the water. On this retreat guests will also have the option of following a healthy eating plan instead of a fasting diet. The menu will be gluten free and dairy free and guests will still have the option of taking part in the daily yoga and nutrition classes.
